Purpose
The Integrations tab allows administrators to configure supported integrations for document output, metadata exchange, repository lookups, and content crawling, depending on the capabilities of the selected integration.
Integrations are sometimes referred to as Connectors in the WebApps documentation and platform.
Connection Types
There are currently two methods available for configuring integrations:

Built-in integrations provide direct connectivity to supported repositories and systems without requiring an external integration service. Administrators can select and configure these integrations directly within WebApps. This is the recommended option for the following integrations:

The Integration Services option provides connectivity to the EzeScan Integration Service (EIS) and should be used when the required integration is not available as a built-in connector. |
