The following metadata is uploaded alongside the image when it is sent to EzeScan WebApps.

| mfd_model | The model number of the Ricoh device. |
| mfd_location | The location of the Ricoh device. |
| mfd_user_id | The user id of the logged in user on the Ricoh device. |
| mfd_user_name | The display name of the logged in user on the Ricoh device. |
| mfd_user_id_ewa | The user id of the target EWA user the file will be uploaded as. |
| mfd_date_time | The date time the scan was completed in the local time of the copier. |
| mfd_date_time_utc | The date time the scan was completed in UTC. |
