19. Why does ODMA Register App fail with DocuShare ODMA (DSODMA)?

The most likely cause of this problem is that the EzeScan DWORD entry is missing from the HKEY_CURRENT_USERS\Software\Xerox\DocuShareClient\DsOdma\SupportedEditors registry key. Simply use regedit to add a DWORD named "EzeScan" and sets it's value = 1.
