147. Authority server not working after upgrading from the EzeScan 32 bit to 64 bit

If you have moved from using the 32-bit version of EzeScan (either v4.3 or v5.0) to the 64-bit version of EzeScan (only in v5.0) then you will need to download the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable from this Microsoft download page below:

ODBC connections that were originally created using 32 Bit ODBC drivers will need to be recreated using the 64 Bit ODBC drivers.
