112. VRS driver is asking to load more paper after scanning a batch of documents

The Kofax VRS driver does this by design.

To stop the VRS driver from prompting the operator to load more documents (after the scanned batch is complete), please perform the following steps.

📘 Instructions

1. While scanning right click the VRS icon on the system tray and launch the "Admin Utility"

2. On the Errors tab change the "Out of Paper" error from "Auto Resolve" to "Return Error" and then save.
