Checking EzeScan Version

Use these steps to check which version of EzeScan you are currently operating.

Step-by-step guide

Locating the version number

1. Enter the EzeScan Viewer.
2. Select the Help menu then click About.
   

   

3. Click the More Details button.

The EzeScan version will now be displayed.

Reading the version number

The relevant number parts are the Version numbers and the first three numbers of the Build number, as highlighted below.

For the purpose of this example we will be using an older version of EzeScan, version 4.3.174

TIP: A login account to the EzeScan website will be required. Please refer to your local EzeScan manager as an account relevant to your organisation may have already been created.
